Queue to Queue propagation fails to propagate a message enqueued using a recipient list when the recipient of the message is a consumer on another queue.
No errors are reported and no errors are recorded in the job_queue_process trace file after enabling event 24040 level 10 to trace Advanced Queueing (AQ) propagation tracing.
This problem reproduces for both local (where the two queues are in the same database) and remote (where the two queues are in the same database) queue_to_queue propagation.
