Symptoms

Beginning with OCI Services (SQL*net for Rdb) 7.1.6, passwords must be stored in the Rdb database.  When the OpenVMS password changes, the username inside the Rdb databases must be modified to match.

When attempting to change the password for the username, the following error occurs:
