Symptoms
Having generated scripts with the Database Configuration Assistant (DBCA). The emrepository.sql is failing as follows : -
Check if repos user already exists.
SP2-0310: unable to open file "disk:[oracle_disk.oracle10g]/sysman/admin/emdrep/sql/core/latest/admin/admin_check_repos_user.sql"
Create SYSMAN user.
