ORA-39050 parameter TABLE_CONSISTENCY is incompatible with parameter FLASHBACK_TIME (Doc ID 335543.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

Expdp with FLASHBACK_TIME shows  the error ORA-39050 but it does not fail.

Expdp system/manager full=y dumpfile=dpump_dir1:PAPRD.dmplogfile=dpump_dir1:PAPRD_exp.log FLASHBACK_TIME="TO_TIMESTAMP(sysdate)"
