Information in this document applies to any platform.
You have a view created on local database which refers a remote table or tables through database link. When you make changes in the remote table for example delete the data and insert the new data, you query the local view and noticed that you are not able to see any data in the local view until couple minutes later. You have executed the commit at the remote table already.
