The value of '_CHECKPOINT_FORCE' is automatically reset to 'N'.

This value can be set to 'Y' using the dbms_capture_adm.set_parameter

exec dbms_capture_adm.set_parameter('C_CLMS_MRLMS','_CHECKPOINT_FORCE','Y');

But the value is reset to 'N' automatically
