java.sql.SQLException: Invalid argument While Running OLAP Web Agent Samples (Doc ID 343453.1)

Symptoms

After performing the following steps:

1) Upgrade from 9i to 10g.
2) Install the patch 3941853 (so upgrade OWA from 9.2.1 to 9.2.1.1).

when running OLAP Web Agent samples, you receive the following error:

java.sql.SQLException: Invalid argument

The following is in the log file reports:

MXNAME05 _PHMEASNAME is a local variable that cannot be used in this context.
In OOWASYS921.XWDEVKIT!XWD_SF2OOWA PROGRAM:   cns _phMeasName.
