Symptoms
1. During database shutdown the following error is encountered:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ociepacm()+6] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x15] [] []
2. Or, during database startup the error is encountered:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [] [] [] [] [] []
A subsequent shutdown resulted in an ORA-604 error.
3. The call stack in the trace file will resemble:
ociepacm zlliaer zllegnp zllenfy kscnfy adbdrv
-OR-
ociepacm zlkepfie zlliaer zllegnp zllenfy kscnfy adbdrv
