Symptoms
Creating a ASM disk using an EMC multipath partions (emcpower), following error returns:
Marking disk "/dev/emcpowere1" as an ASM disk: asmtool: Device "/dev/emcpowere1" is not a partition
The underlying devices are partionned and work fine if underlying device is specified.
