DRG-50857 When Synchronizing Indexes as CTXSYS (Doc ID 351361.1)

Symptoms

Occasionally when syncing a index with a PL/SQL script, which runs as user CTXSYS, that selects from dr$pending to get the indexes to sync and then does ctx_ddl.sync_index(<index>) for each one, the following errors are generated:

ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:
DRG-50857: oracle error in drvdml.ProcessWaiting
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
ORA-06512: in "CTXSYS.DRUE", line 160
ORA-06512: in "CTXSYS.CTX_DDL", line 539
ORA-06512: in line 11

Oracle Text was upgraded to Oracle Text 10g
