Symptoms

Streams Messaging propagation fails between databases using ADTs which use chararacter length semantics and the source and the destination database are using a single-byte and multi-byte characterset.

dbms_aqadm.verify_queue_types fails with return code 0 and the messages are marked as UNDELIVERABLE.
