Ultra Search Shows LOADED In DBA_Registry and Validate fails with ORA-01422 (Doc ID 354014.1)

Symptoms

Customer is upgrading Ultra Search. 

Running catpatch script generates these errors during the Ultra Search upgrade

- After the upgrade the dba_registry shows:

 

select comp_id, comp_name, version, status from dba_registry where comp_id = 'WK';

- There are no INVALID WKSYS objects

 

- Attempts to validate Ultra Search fails with the same error,

WKSYS schema validation failed: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
