Symptoms

OMWB error.log file contains error:
Informix9WorkbenchEventListener.createSynonyms() java.sql.SQLException:
ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

Continuing with the migration will cause errors in the migration like:
Failed to get list of dbsapces and the error.log gets entries like:
EXCEPTION : Informix7SourceModelLoad.updateSysusersForInformixAndRoot()
ORA-00942

 

This error might differ from Plugin to Plugin, but the root cause is the same for all Plugins.
