Symptoms

Applications using dbms_xslprocessor that worked in 9.2 and 10.1 may fail in 10.2 with errors like

ORA-31011: XML parsing failed
ORA-19202: Error occurred in XML processing
LPX-00601: Invalid token in:

'/wsdl:definitions/wsdl:service[@name="RISListener"]/wsdl:port[@name="ListenerSoapPort"]/soap:address'
