Unable To Publish After Installing The Patchset 10.2.0.2.0 or later (Doc ID 359421.1)

Symptoms

The problem is that when using the mobile server 10.2.0.2.0
by doing the following :
- go to the mobile manager
- publish the application using a jar file from (wtgapck R1
it fails with the following error :
Error
oracle.xml.parser.v2.XMLParseException: Attribute 'connection' used but not declared.

- This happens with those versions :
mobile Server 10G R2 patchset 10.2.0.2.0
- Therefore, the problem to solve is to be able to publish the application without this error.

- this occrurs in pre-Production Environment.

Verified the issue by duplicating issue on internal system and recreated the following, Create a
jar file using wtgpack 10.2.0.1.0
Publish on MS 10.2.0.2.0
