Ora-600 [Qctcte1] using connect by prior (Doc ID 361035.1)

This was on a Windows 2000 server.

Running a query gives an error. The error is consistent
and reproducible from sqlplus. It has never been successful.

The alert log shows the error
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [qctcte1], [0], [], [], [], [], [], []

The trace file shows the failing statement
