Symptoms

Running a distributed query (some data local, some over a dblink) with Parallel Query active can lead, in certain circumstances, to an error and query termination

Changes

The following parameters can lead to this issue:
1. Parallel_max_servers > 0
2. Parallel_min_percent > 0
3. Distributed Query with Driving_site hint.
