Symptoms
An ORA-600 [4454] error is reported daily during the period of excessive CPU usage.
This problem is seen in one instance only, on a 2 node RAC environment.
Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.1.0.3.0 - 64bit
- 2 node RAC installation
- 2 databases running in the cluster

Current SQL statement for this session:
delete from hist_head$ where obj# = :1
..
We found :
The object in trouble is related to the table SYS.WRH$_FILESTATXS.
SQLPLUS> SELECT * from SYS.WRH$_FILESTATXS ;
This request failed with error ORA-01410
ANALYZE TABLE SYS.WRH$_FILESTATXS compute statistics ;
This failed with error ORA-8102
Rebuild indexes related to the table SYS.WRH$_FILESTATXS can be done successfully but does not resolve the issue.
stop/start instance in RESTRICT mode
run catproc.sql failed with the following errors :
ORA-600[ktspfhsp-9]
ORA-6512 on parckage SYS.DBMS_STATS
