Symptoms

With the JOB_QUEUE_PROCESSES = 0 the alert log shows that jobs are still running on Oracle 10.1+

Example:

ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job <Job #>
ORA-04052: error occurred when looking up remote object
ORA-04052: error occurred when looking up remote object TEST.SYS@TNSNAME
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 3
