Symptoms

Using Advanced Queueing (AQ) propagation to propagate user enqueued events between databases with different charactersets.

When the message payload of the queue table is defined as SYS.ANYDATA the following errors are reported in the source database alert log file:

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-22370: incorrect usage of method Charset:Import
