utl_http and utl_tcp Leak udp Connections When Run From a Job (Doc ID 367420.1)

Running utl_http or utl_tcp structures from inside a job can leak udp connections at each run.
The situation appears after installing the 9207 patchset

To see if the issue is occurring from a system, the following can be done:
+ run test_http procedures from inside a job every 4 seconds
+ check the udp connections number using:

lsof -i | grep UDP


At every job run the number of udp connections is seen as increasing.
