ORA-600 [space leak] is reported frequently in the alert.log. There are also occasionally errors such as:
On examination of the ORA-600  trace files, the leak is of memory labeled 'kuxLpxAlloc', detected when cleaning up a dead PL/SQL Developer process. The memory heap in which the leak was reported is labeled 'kolt heap ds i'.
XML and temporary LOBs are used.
