Symptoms

RMAN backup of particular target database results in error:
ORACLE error from target database:
ORA-04031: unable to allocate 36424 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","unknown object","sga
heap(1,1)","krbmror")

Script output, RMAN-error-5384956.txt, verifies issue showing error:
