Symptoms

Alert.log shows frequent errors like:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [rworupo.1], [6], [5], [], [], [], [], []

or

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [15851], [3], [2], [1], [1], [], [], []

or

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [rworupo.2], [33], [27], [], [], [], [], []

The following errors are also possible symptoms:
ORA-600 [15851]
ORA-7445 [smboQbNxt()+xx]
ORA-7445 [smboFld2Kb()+xx]

The stack trace is similar to:

... ksxb1qb qerwnFetch opifch2 kpoal8 ...

or

... rworupo qerpfFetch qertbFetchByRowID rwsfcd qersoFetch opifch2 kpoal8 ...

or

... smboQbNxt sdbpubqb smboWrt2 smboFinishSpill smboSort smboWrt smboFld2Kb smboPut soroPut qerwnRowP qergsFetch qerwnFetch ...

or

... rworupo qerwnFetch qervwFetch qerghFetch qervwFetch ...

The current statement from the trace file performs a sort operation (can be seen from the query plan in the cursor dump section), eg. something like:

select min(minbkt),maxbkt,substrb(dump(min(val),16,0,32),1,120) minval,
...
group by maxbkt order by maxbkt
