Symptoms
- After installing 10.2.0.1 and creating a new instance, trace files are generated with the following contents:
ksugetosstat failed: op = pstat_getprocessor, location = slsgetactive ()
*** 2006-06-30 16:49:57.219
ksugetosstat failed: op = pstat_getprocessor, location = slsgetactive ()
- Queries on v$osstat return 0 rows, resulting in "ksugetosstat" errors in the trace files.
SQL> select * from v$osstat where stat_name like '%CPU%';
no rows selected
