Performing a DML on a nested table, results in the following errors generated in the alert.log file:

ORA-600: internal error code, arguments: [opiodr: call 2], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-4031: unable to allocate 16 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","","sql area","kglhin: temp")
