Expdp Message "FLASHBACK automatically enabled" Does Not Guarantee Export Consistency

The "Oracle Database Utilities 10g Release 2 (10.2)" and "Oracle Database Utilities 11g Release 1 (11.1)" guide within table 2-1, under the section named "How Data Pump Export Parameters Map to Those of the Original Export Utility" of those guides falsely state that "A parameter comparable to CONSISTENT is not needed".
"Oracle Database Utilities 11g Release 2 (11.2)" mentions within table 4-1 "How Data Pump Export Handles Original Export Parameters" the following: "CONSISTENT Data Pump Export determines the current time and uses FLASHBACK_TIME."
When using the classic export utility, and the CONSISTENT parameter is set to a value of Y, the classic export utility will ensure that the image taken of the data in the tables being exported represents the committed state of the table data at the same single point-in-time for all of the tables being exported.
The versions 10gR1 and 10gR2 additionally put the message in the expdp header:
