Symptoms

Seeing following errors repeatedly in the Windows event viewer application log:
Reporting queued error: faulting application odbcad32.exe, version 3.526.1830.0, faulting module oraldapclnt10.dll, version 10.2.0.1, fault address 0x0000fcdb.

The application, C:\WINDOWS\system32\odbcad32.exe, generated an application error
The error occurred on 06/28/2006 @ 12:32:36.494
The exception generated was c0000005 at address 6253FCDB (oraldapclnt10!ora_ldap_set_rebind_proc)

Reporting queued error: faulting application odbcad32.exe, version 3.526.1830.0, faulting module oracore10.dll, version 10.2.0.1, fault address 0x0002a432.
