Describe From TOAD Results In An Ora-28506 But Works In SQLPLUS Using TG4DB2400 (Doc ID 388161.1)

Symptoms

SQLPLUS describe command results in this error when issued from TOAD or other 3rd party tools.


ORA-28500: connection from ORACLE to a non-Oracle system returned this
message:
SQL0204:ALL_OBJECTS1 in OTGDB2 type *FILE not found.
ORA-28506: parse error in data dictionary translation for SYS.ALL_USERS
stored in sys.hs_all_dd
ORA-28559: FDS_CLASS_NAME is DB2400_3_V5R3M0_10.1.0.2.0_8, FDS_INST_NAME
is ORACLE
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
SQL0204:ALL_OBJECTS1 in OTGDB2 type *FILE not found.

However, when issued via SQLPLUS it works without any problems.



Verified the issue by the screen shots which shows
