Symptoms

Upgrade from releases 9.2.0.x or 10.1.0.x to 10.2.0.x, running upgrade script the following errors are observed :


Errors in file ORACLE00.TR.MT04.D060726.T095941.G0040000:
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 48 bytes
(kxs-heap-c,kdbmal allocation)
ORA-00600: Internal error arguments: kksCallPopCallback , ,, , , , ,
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 56 bytes
(kxs-heap-c,kxscomp)

or

ORA-604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-4030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 4064 bytes ... 
ORA-4030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 8056 bytes ...
ORA-6512: at "SYS.DBMS_JAVA", line 222
