Symptoms
- Querying table data with the XDB DBUri Servlet in a browser similar to the following:
http://localhost:8085/oradb/SCOTT/EMP/ROW[MGR=7839]
- The query is expected to return multiple rows
- One of the following errors is displayed instead of returning the resultset:
XML document must have a top level element. Error processing resource
http://localhost:8085/oradb/SCOTT/EMP/ROW[MGR=7839]..."<ERROR>
ORA-19003: Missing XML root element name
</ERROR>
