Selecting from SYS.JOB$ table sends the following error message :

SQL> select * from job$;

select * from job$

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-00932: inconsistent datatypes: expected NUMBER got LABEL

This behavior is a bug. Oracle strongly discourages the use of undocumented core dictionary tables such as selecting from sys.job$.

The mlslabel columns: cur_ses_label, clearance_hi and clearance_lo, are targeted to be deprecated in 12.2.  This change will not be backportable to prior releases.

Oracle strongly discourages access of core dictionary tables directly as this can cause application failures during migration.  Data dictionary views are the recommended means to access and query the data dictionary.
