Symptoms

This article is intended to be used if any of the following type of errors are seen within a Portal/RDBMS
environment, these errors have been associated with poor performance and with session disconnections :-

(A) ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [00000000] [SIGSEGV]
[Address not mapped to object] [0x0] [] []

(B) ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [411B24B0] [SIGSEGV]
[unknown code] [0x0] [] []

(C) ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump
[jtcmcalld_10876754082_AccessControlContext_7__java_security_ProtectionDomain__i]
[SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x30] [] []

first argument may not be identical for each case in that the numbers in this
   argument may differ

(D) ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [eoa_scan_mark_eobject()+253]
[SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x8] [] []


(E) ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [B6B6F00B] [SIGSEGV] [Invalid permissions for mapped object] [0xB6B6F00B] [] []

The PLSQL callstack may be slightly different for each error and so will the call stack trace itself,
However if the ORA-7445 is from the PORTAL schema and session disconnections are being observed this
article should be followed to see if it will resolve.
