XSQL Demo Renders Blank Page (Doc ID 393599.1)

When running XSQL demo page on an OC4J server, the screen is blank except for perhaps a stylesheet
markup.

The xsqldemos.ear application file is deployed to the oc4j to be tested and the XSQLConfig.xml located at ORACLE_HOME/j2ee/<oc4j instance>/applications/xsql/xsqldemos/WEB-INF/classes has been modified to set the connection with the correct information.
