DBMS_XMLQUERY Returns ORA-29540 (Doc ID 396519.1)

Symptoms

Executing a call to DBMS_XMLQUERY.GETXML fails with:

ORA-29540: class oracle/xml/sql/query/OracleXMLStaticQuery does not exist

 

For Example:


Fails with:

ORA-29540: class oracle/xml/parser/v2/XMLParser does not exist
