Symptoms
When attempting to modify the opmn.xml configuration file to tune the Java VM memory parameters on IAS 9.0.4.0.1 for the 10.2.0.2.0 Oracle Lite Mobile Server Module, the Mobile Server fails to start and generates the error: time out while waiting for a managed process to start. Modifying the timeout section of the module start parameter and the retry parameter has no effect on the error and the Mobile Server Module still fails to start.
Changes
The Sun Java heap memory parameters, -Xms512m - Xmx1024m, have been added to the opmn.xml configuration file.
