RMAN Fails to Rename LOGS After Recovery on New Host: ORA-01512 (Doc ID 400477.1)

Database Name: TST102, REP
Directory Nmae: D:\ORACLE\PRODUCT and all sub-directories

RMAN script fails to rename online redologs when restoring and recovering to a new host:

ORA-01511: error in renaming log/data files
ORA-01512: error renaming log file D:\ORACLE\PRODUCT\10.2.0\ORADATA\REP\REDO04.LOG - new file
D:\oracle\product\10.2.0\oradata\TST102\REDO01.LOG not found
ORA-27041: unable to open file
OSD-04002: unable to open file
O/S-Error: (OS 123) The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

The online redologs quite rightly do not exist as the restore is being done to a new host.
