Queue_to_Queue Propagation does not Propagate Messages but no errors are reported (Doc ID 402809.1)

Symptoms

Messages are not propagated when using queue_to_queue propagation but they are propagated when using queue_to_dblink.

No errors are reported and the enqueued message stays in READY state.

The propagation schedule created via DBMS_AQADM.SCHEDULE_PROPAGATION has been created as a queue_to_queue schedule with the destination_queue parameter specified.
