Queries against the V$BH view may core dump with an ORA-7445 [kcbxbh()] error with a call stack similar to:

kcbxbh qerfxFetch rwsfcd qersoFetch qerjoFetch opifch2 opiall0 kpoal8 opiodr ttcpip opitsk opiino opiodr opidrv sou2o main start

Or the instance may fail to start with an ORA-7445 [kcbzgb] followed by ORA-7445 [kggchk()] from PMON with call stacks of:

kcbzgb kcbzib kcbgtcr kqlbebs kqlblfc adbdrv opiexe opiosq0 kpooprx kpoal8 opiodr ttcpip opitsk opiino opiodr opidrv sou2o opimai_real main
