RDBMS upgrade and patching
ORA-7445 error found in the alert log while running the catupgrd.sql script or auditing SYS operations using syslog facility resulting in SEGV.

AND parameter AUDIT_TRAIL='OS'
The errors are triggered by the auditing settings used in the parameter file for the database instance when attempting to run the catupgrd.sql script, or when auditing SYS operations using syslog facility.
