Symptoms
A dequeue delay of the order of several minutes is experienced after reconfiguration in a RAC cluster.
This only occurs for messages which are enqueued and dequeued across different nodes.
The errorstack and short errostack of the waiting dequeue sessions are all of the form
and the sessions are waiting in kwqidexfcy. This is identical to <Bug 5506702> and at least confirms that this is not an Advanced Queuing (AQ) issue as such as the posts from the enqueuing session are not being received by the dequeueing session.
