ORA-3113 When Connecting To Oracle 10.1 DB Using Shared Server Connections

Symptoms
If clients are querying off an Oracle 10.1.0.x Database with the connections being made via Shared Servers and dispatchers, and if the Database Server's sqlnet.ora file has the SQLNET.INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT parameter set to a non-zero value, then the clients may be terminated with an ORA-3113 "end-of-file on communication channel" error after the period that this parameter is set to.

This occurs with the SQLNET.INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT set to a non-zero value.
