Symptoms

Unable to connect with Oracle Data Miner to the database with the specified User/schema.

The error message displayed is :

User does not have all the necessary grants to access Oracle Data Mining option

Required grants are :

Grant create procedure
Grant create session
Grant create table
Grant create sequence
Grant create view
Grant create job
Grant create type
Grant create synonym
Grant execute ctxsys.ctx_ddl

The Detailed error message shows :

Error Message: Failed to initialize activity schema
Exception type: java.lang.Exception: Failed to initialize activity schema
