Symptoms
1. The database encounters a controlfile error during startup.
2. One or all of the following errors could be encountered:
1290348 : map : Permission Denied
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kccgtt_1], [3], [], [], [], [], [],
ORA-00202: control file: '/.../SID/.../control01.ctl'
Changes
In this particular case, the database was recently migrated and the new Oracle Home was being used.
