Symptoms
Event Monitor process reports ORA-00600: [kotgtoid-x-1], [4] when a RAW message payload is enqueued onto a queue for which an event-based job has been created.
Subsequently the Job queue coordinator process will report an ORA-7445 [kkjqawi()].
