Corrupt Index Leaf from Cross Platform Transport of Compress-key Indexes (Doc ID 420134.1)

Symptoms

+ Source-side or target-side cross-platform datafile conversions across differing endian platforms when
   the datafile holds blocks of prefix-compressed indexes (regular indexes, IOTs, etc.).

+ May results in corrupt datafiles (reported by dbverify) and subsequent internal errors
   during DML somewhere in the codepath leading into "kdis" functions .

+ Failure of DML on prefix-compressed  indexes with  ORA-600 [17147]. 

+ Call stack :- kgerse kdisle kdiins0 kdiins kauxsin kdtiidx kdtInsRow insrow .
