Purpose

Source database for Streams should be run in ARCHIVELOG mode.
This note gives us tips on usage of RMAN in a Streams configuration,
when to DELETE archivelog files which have been mined by Streams local capture process.

Scope

This article is intended for Oracle Support and Oracle database administrators
for using RMAN in a Streams environment.
