Error ORA-27091, ORA-27072 When Mounting Diskgroup (Doc ID 422075.1)

This is a RAC ASM instance (two nodes) with 4 disks discovered, 2 diskgroups with 1 disk per group. The two diskgroups come up fine on both instance startup, but on node 1, disk group <DGNAME1> does not show up in v$asm_diskgroup. Error in alert file:
