On 10.0.0.0.0.1 in Production:
When attempting to use Oracle Offline Instantiation using oli -g makeodb,
the following error occurs:
ERROR
POL-03253 Group file already exists
MSYNC.SYNCEXCEPTION GROUP FILE ALREADY EXISTS
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Configure OLI
2. oli -g cleanup
3. oli -g makeodb
