You have two databases, e.g. production and test, and want to perform logmining on the current redo log files of the production database but you do not want to perform the actual logmining on the production database.
You have built the Logminer dictionary on the test database and copied the production redo logs to start logmining to the test database environment.
However, you get the following error while starting the logmining process:
You cannot create a dictionary file in production (utl_file_idr is not setup and the instance should be bounced to do so).
